It is an absolute pleasure to write a review for this amazing enterprise, and I must say, I very rarely do this.

I live in Northern Europe running a small hospitality business that depends mostly on customer service and good old word of mouth, and I recognize good service when I witness it. In the case of The Watchbay, it was simply superb.

Never have I experienced such outstanding follow up and genuine care from click to delivery from any online purchase. Ever!

I had a couple of hiccups with customs in the country I reside in so getting my hands in my much anticipated watch took longer than expected as it sat in the post office for several days.

During all the entire process I received messages and constant updates on shipping, delivery and almost immediate responses considering the time difference…
I am definitely ordering from them again, regardless of the hustle of customs here.

I wanted to post my review a couple of weeks earlier but work, a much needed small break/trip and last minute preparations took priority.
Now I’m back to work but here’s a picture of my happy purchase, rocking in Venice, Italy my Neo Orient 70’s “panda” chronometer. Fell in love with it about a year ago when I saw it on one of our guests.
